Held every Memorial Day weekend, the mushroom festival celebrates the wild mushroom hunting that occurs every spring in and around McCloud. Event features live music, mushroom vendors, wine tasting, special mushroom delicacies, cooking demonstrations, seminars and educational booths on mushroom harvesting.
The 46th Annual McCloud Flea Market will be held on June 4th, 2017, on Main St., McCloud. In addition to shopping, there will be music by Wild Woman Sounds, good food and drink. Come have fun, and support the vendors and our town.

It's that time of year again folks! The 33rd Annual McCloud Open is taking place August 5th through 6th. Join us for this 36-hole NCGA points event, open to all amateur male golfers.
We invite you to take a seat at the annual McCloud Melodrama, where you can boo and hiss the villain as you cheer on the town hero! Each year, the town hosts a historically based melodrama, written by a local playwright. These interactive plays offer up some good old-fashioned fun for the whole family! Performances are scheduled for August 18 - 20!

The 3rd Annual Apple Harvest Festival will be held on October 14th from 10am to 6pm on Main St, McCloud. There will be Artisan Craft vendors, Scarecrow Contest, Music, Fresh Pressed Apple Juice, Vendors, an Apple Pie contest¸ games, food and drink.
Bring your dressed up dogs, stick ponies, bikes and humans over the hill for McCloud's 11th Annual Dog, Pony and Bike Parade Friday, November 24th. Registration for the Main Street parade begins at 10AM with the festivities rolling out at 12PM. Don't have a bike? Then hop in your vintage ride and be a part of the show!
The kids can have some Christmas Magic on Friday, December 1st at 6 pm, at the McCloud Heritage Junction Museum, where they will meet Santa, roast marshmallows and have a fun drawing for great prizes. Come on and all!
