McCloud is an unincorporated census-designated place (CDP) in Siskiyou County, California.  The McCloud Community Services District (MCSD) provides McCloud with municipal services, including water and sewer management, alley maintenance, refuse collection, park and recreation management, fire and ambulance services, and library management. The county seat of Siskiyou County is in Yreka.
