Extreme Kayaking Comes to McCloud Middle Falls

You never know what you will encounter during the spring thaw at McCloud Falls. This image of Storm Miller of Mount Shasta was captured by Greg Noble as he hiked the McCloud Middle Falls trail. McCloud's own Shareen Strauss, writer and contributor for Mount Shasta Area Newspapers, also captured a few images and shared her experience for the Mount Shasta Herald.

Come and see for yourself what spring hiking in McCloud has to offer!

I love how Poor Bunny manages to challenge players without complicated mechanics. All you need is quick movement and sharp reflexes. But surviving even a short time feels like a major achievement.

One of the main reasons so many people like Snow Rider 3D is that it's easy to play. The player can only maneuver the sled left or right with rudimentary controls. But the simplicity hides how hard it really is. Trees, rocks, ramps, and abrupt drops show up all the time, so the player has to act swiftly. If you make one error, the run is over, which makes players want to attempt again to beat their previous score. This "just one more try" mentality produces a loop that many casual games want to get into.

In wacky flip, the levels feel like action movies thanks to dramatic effects like crumbling bridges. These sudden changes force players to adapt quickly, creating unforgettable gameplay moments.

The game's design philosophy is based on being simple and exact. The only control is the jump button, however this one movement opens up a lot of possibilities.
